Clotho, a goddess of Greek mythology, is the youngest of the three fates, but one of the oldest goddesses in Greek mythology. She is the daughter of Zeus and Themis. Each spell has a specific job, whether measurement of yarn, spinning on a pin or cut to length. Clotho is the spinner, and it runs the thread of human life with her distaff.
